Create and add signature to email outlook 2016

Steps to Create and Add Signature to email:

Step#1. Firstly, go to the Outlook window and select File from the menu bar. A new window will appear. Choose options from the list; it will be on the left side of this window. (file->options).
Step#2. A new pop-up will open on your computer screen. On the left side of this pop-up, a list is showing. Select mail from that list (options->mail).
Step#3. After a hit on mail, you will be able to see different options on the right side. Then you go to the signatures. (This feature that you can use for creating or modifying the signature for email messages).
Step#4. By clicking on “signatures” a signature and stationary page will come up. On this page, go through E-mail signature and hit the new button. Now it will ask you to enter the name of the signature. Here you can put the name, whatever name you want to specify for this signature; you are going to create. Few other options are available on the right.

- First is the email account list, select an email to link to this signature. You can also have different signatures for different email accounts.
- In the second list “New message.” If you want to add a signature automatically to all the new emails, then select a signature you want to choose for every email. You can choose default signature as “NONE” if you do not want to add an auto signature in your new email.
- The third list is “replies and ” If you also want to add the signature to all replies & forward email messages then choose the required signature from the list. Otherwise, you can go for “NONE.”
Step#5. After that you are editing your signature, they have plenty of options for formatting your signature, like changing fonts style, adding images, adding links, adding business card details or attach hyperlinks to Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn in your email signature. Here you need to enter the text or stuff what you want as your signature. At last give a hit on OK button.
Step#6. Now that signature automatically adds it to an email. When you will compose a new email.
NOTE: you can create a different signature for various accounts and multiple signatures for a single account.
Choose Different signatures for different Person:
If you are going to send a new email and you want to add a different signature for these email, then you can pick a signature to go through the “signatures” on the outlook window and choose different signatures for the different person. If you do not select the signature for all the new emails or replies and forward, then you can still enter or create a signature manually.
- Go through a new email message and click on signature, on the top of the fly-out
- When you click on signature, a list will open that contains the all signatures select a signature Manually.
Add a Signature Directly from a new email:
You also can create and add signature to email from a new email message. You need to compose a new email then find a signature button on the menu bar. This button will take you to “signature and stationary” page. From there on you can add a new signature, delete the previously added signature or added the actual signature.
