Create a Contact group in Outlook 2016
Outlook 2016 has the feature of setting up a group or contact. This feature can allow you to send an email to multiple contacts in one go. If you are engaging your own business, then you must need to send an email to all employees, a group of people, a team or your friends. So now you do not need to add the contacts one by one each time you are going to send an email to them. You can create as many groups according to your requirement and rename them also.

Step 1: Open Outlook 2016 and find the People ICON on the navigation bar. Further, You can locate the people icon on the Navigation bar that you can find in the bottom left corner of the Outlook 2016. It looks like this.
Step 2: When you click on that people icon, it takes you to MY CONTACTs page. Moreover, There you can choose your account to add the contact group.
Step 3: Next you need to click the home tab from the menu bar. Now right below it, you can hit NEW CONTACT GROUP.
Continue with the steps to create a contact group in Outlook 2016:
Step 4: New Contact group window will ask you to type the Name, whatever name you want to give to your contact group.
Step 5: To add members to the group hit the Add members button. It will show you the drop down option from where you can choose to add members:
- From Outlook contact, (if you have people in contact list and you want to add them to group)
- From address book (If you want to add members from your address book) or
- New email Contact (If any person’s email is not listed in your contact or address ok then you should prefer to add a new email contact)
Step 6: Once you have added members to your contact group, you have to click SAVE and CLOSE.
